About Bob Cavinder
Bob Cavinder, is the Executive Director of FaithWorks Leadership, a non profit organization focused on helping individuals and ministry based organizations reach their full potential. Bob has been certified as a Strategic Planner, Life Coach and Performance Trainer.
Bob’s professional career spans twenty five years of global corporate, nonprofit and ministry experience working with senior management, board of directors and those in professional leadership positions.
His background includes working as the Director of the Crystal Cathedral Learning Network and he has held the positions of Resort General Manager and Regional Director of Resort Operations for major hospitality management corporations.
Bob’s years of training in the hospitality industry and with non profit organizations has helped him to develop the techniques necessary to help people make the jump from knowledge – gaining new information, to wisdom – applying that knowledge correctly.
